Another busy week on the tools 🔧 🙌

From new installs to swapping out old systems, the boys have been all over Whangarei getting homes sorted before summer. Plenty of copper bent, plenty of roofs climbed into, and a few laughs along the way.

These are the faces you'll see turning up at your place. 😎

A big El Niño is heading our way this summer ☀️ 🔥

Forecasters are warning of hot, dry days ahead, and it's set to peak right over summer. If your house turned into an oven last year, this one could be worse.

Don't wait until it's 30 degrees to sort your air con. Every year we get the January calls from people wishing they'd booked earlier, so get in before the rush and before Christmas. 🫣

Is your ducted system on its last legs? 👀❄️🔥

This one came out of a house in Kensington this week. A few warning signs to look out for:

🔸 It's taking longer to heat or cool the house

🔸 Your power bill's crept up but you're using it the same

🔸 It's louder than it used to be, or making new noises

🔸 You're calling someone out to fix it more often

🔸 Rust or corrosion on the outdoor unit

If you're living near the coast, that salty air can be tough on outdoor units. We can sort an anti-corrosion treatment to help protect yours and keep it going for longer. 💪

Flick us a message and we'll come take a look.

You don't need a new build to get ducted 👀😎

Most people think ducted heat pumps are only for new homes, but in a lot of cases we can fit them into an existing house using the space in your ceiling.

One outdoor unit, a tidy vent in each room, and the whole house heated or cooled from one controller, or straight from your phone. You can even set it up in zones so you're not heating empty rooms. ❄️ 🔥

Your heat pump has been working hard all winter. Before you switch it to cooling mode for summer, it's worth getting it serviced. 🌿

A clean filter and a healthy unit means your aircon will actually do its job when Northland summer hits — and trust us, you don't want to find out it's not running properly on the hottest day of the year.

Spring is the perfect time to get it sorted. Flick us a DM or give us a call to book in. ☎️ 09 438 8832
