Fire safety upgrade to Historic Place Category 2 listed building.

Removal of existing smoke stop doors, new fire cells & fire doors & hardware, emergency lighting & upgraded alarm system. Changes to compliance schedule required a building consent.

Door trims were finished in Resene woodsman wood oil stain to compliment the historical internal timberwork.
