What I have been up to:
* Removed leaking kitchen tap. Fitted new tap
* Investigated leak on first floor window to find 15mm gap in weatherboard above window & no flashing on end of window. Used silicone to fill gap. Cut down & shaped new flashing to tie into existing flashing, fixed in place with screws
* Removed broken bedroom window catch - Supply & fit new catch.
* Supply & fit 2 clothes hooks in bedroom cupboard cupboard & door
* Dismantle Webber BBQ cleaning system & fit replacement supplied by customer
* Fixed clear acrylic panels to staircase
* Hang pictures, drill hole above fire
* Hang metal artwork
* Drill , fix & hang lady figure in hallway
* Extend fence in rear garden
* Instal chicken wire on carport/ boat store to give more security & privacy

Let's hope there is no water torture your house🤔... this client could not sleep in his bedroom at night, as the impact of water falling on top of roof to his window was like water torture - driving him mad
Matt to the rescue 👷 - set up a temporary system until a more permanent fixture could be made... Client now sleep like a baby in his own bedroom - win win👍

This is reality for a handyman that cares,👀 takes the challenge, when others wont💪 even if it doesnt go to plan. Although materials are not quite the right size... do not have stock or even sold in such measurement/size
Matt's your Man will not give up, will go the extra mile..this is Saturday (day off) no extra to the client..✅️would rather have a happy satisfied customer🙌

All cosy for the Winter, cats are safe inside, looks good too...result happy customer!

* Removed temporary garage door.
*Constructed frame above timber lintel for new gib work👷
* Locate & find stud timbers for new barn door metal rail fixings
* Install new stud work inside hot water cupboard as existing timber did not work for barn door rail.
* Secure barn rail, fit washers under last barn rail fixing to prevent pulling through gib.
* Fix brackets and wheels to barn door
* Shave bottom of barn door, to run smooth, fix ground anchor to concrete floor.
* Shorten bottom step on stairs
* Fix gib, replace gib in hot water cupboard
* Install door, fix wooden stop to wall to close gap
* Skim all gib, sand & leave ready to paint
* Install new door handle to cupboard door next to barn door

All in a days work for a handyman "Matts your Man!"
