I am a Trade qualified Carpenter with over 20 years experience within the building industry working in most areas including:
◾Light commercial
◾New housing
◾Group housing
◾Alteration work
◾Bathroom fit outs
◾Decking and pergolas … the list goes on. As well as the above, for the past 10 years, I have been a Project Manager for two New Zealand housing companies where I gained valuable experience in new housing management. I have the construction knowledge and management skills to successfully complete your project whether it be an alteration, bathroom fit-out, a new build or anything in between. I offer a full new home build service, starting with concept drawings to completion and will tailor the build to your specific requirements. I have chosen to keep my business on a smaller more personal scale and get great job satisfaction seeing happy clients at the end of the project. Providing a high quality service and standard of work is extremely important to me. My strengths:

There’s been plenty happening in our little slice of paradise!

The Simon Penn Building team, along with our subcontractors, have been busy making great progress on site.

A floor was poured last week, another is ready to be poured tomorrow, and we have two handovers coming up!

We love seeing each home come together and reaching that exciting stage where we get to hand the keys over to our clients. There’s a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes, and we’re grateful to have such a great team of people working alongside us to bring these homes to life.

A big thank you to our team and subcontractors for all their hard work.
