**Big news from the Hardy Construction Team**

Tomorrow, our incredible apprentice, Joe, is heading to New Plymouth to compete in the 2026 Apprentice of the Year competition!
Joe joined us after serving in the Armed Forces, and he brought that same incredible work ethic, discipline, and dedication straight into his building apprenticeship. He is hardworking, incredibly skilled, and an absolute asset to our crew. Beyond his talent on site, Joe is just a genuinely wonderful person who lifts everyone around him.
The whole team is backing you, Joe! Go out there, show them what you've got, and enjoy every moment. You’ve already made us incredibly proud!!
