Little update on our own Cuba street fitout. Framings all done, plastering and villaboarding the rooms. Glad we got the Villaboard in the bathrooms out of the way first- such an undertaking we now understand why builders don’t like it. We used double layers of curveline to achieve a tight inside curve to the rooms.

Great to see the work in progress yesterday at our Lowry Bay house. The owners have moved in and are certainly enjoying the benefits of radiators and a MVHR Ventillation system at this time of year! Just the finishing touches on external landscaping to go now. Great work by Black and White Construction, James Cook joinery and Stylecraft stairs
