DUCTING YOUR RANGEHOOD: Rangehoods need to be ducted externally to keep your home healthy.
These can be vented into the ceiling and out the soffit or through the wall depending on the style of your home.
It’s best practice if the ducting is concealed to avoid any possible penetrations in the ducting. We use bulkhead boxing made out of kitchen grade MDF for a great looking finish.

This rental property needed an upgrade before being put on the market for sale. We changed lighting, reinstated and removed extractor fans, upgraded the bathroom vanity and mirror, sanded and painted window sills, painted walls and ceilings, weeded and cut back the garden, installed new carpet and staged the property ready for photos.

It looked 1000x better and sold at a price to meet vendors expectations.
