Fit-out underway at 354 Lambton Quay for Possum Boutique, opening in a few weeks.

Carola and Darrin are repeat clients. We renovated their home at 11 Beach Street earlier this year, and they have been amazing to work with. We feel privileged to be trusted with their new store.

The shopfront is boarded up and ready for us to get stuck in. When the doors open, get down and check out their awesome possum and merino gear. You won't regret it.

This is where it gets real. Sub floor framing is done at 123 Melbourne Road and the Formance SIP panels are on their way. From here the building envelope starts to take shape — and on a site like this one, that envelope has to work hard. Very high wind zone, severe marine exposure, passive house airtightness detailing. Every decision on this build was made for a reason.

He knows what good work looks like, keeps our standards high and he doesn't let things slide. Ben is also one of the few Passive House Certified Trades People in Wellington. Super lucky to have him as part of our team.
