Kyle from Hawkins Plumbing recently took part in the Young Plumber of the year competition run by Plumbing World. He won the Branch qualifier and has just placed second in the Regional competition. The rest of the Hawkins Team have been on hand to support him and he has done Hawkins Plumbing proud!!

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to work in our Tawa office and manage the schedules of our plumbers and apprentices who work around the greater Wellington region. Working as part of a small team you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You must be someone who thrives on multi-tasking and doing a great job. In our business no two days are the same so flexibility and great organizational skills are essential. You must be a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and staff. Most of all you will take ownership of the role and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Have the ability to work under pressure
Excellent computer skills

A part time position has become available within our Tawa based plumbing company, approximately 20 hours/week.
This admin role will suit someone who loves a challenge as each day is different.
The role includes taking inbound calls from customers, processing invoices in our trade software system and general office administration. You will need be organised and have strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic administrative assistant with a fantastic phone manner, a positive can-do attitude as well as good computer skills, great time management and excellent customer service.
If you are well organised and process driven, then you will thrive in this role.
Training will be given and the right to work in New Zealand is essential.
