Condon Scott Architects is a boutique, award-winning NZIA registered architectural practice based in Wanaka, New Zealand. Since our inception 35 years ago, Condon Scott Architects has been involved in a wide range of high end residential and commercial architectural projects throughout Queenstown, Wānaka, the Central Otago region and further afield. Our director Barry Condon (ANZIA) and principal Sarah Scott (FNZIA) – both registered architects – work alongside our highly skilled architectural team to deliver a full design and construction management service. This spans from initial concept design right through to tender management and interior design.
