There were cameras, coffee and a solid good team effort, all to capture more of the real people, places and work behind Stroud Homes Queenstown Lakes.

Because a home is never brought to life by just one person.

It takes a team of local designers, builders, tradespeople and problem-solvers working together, from the first ideas and plans through to the final handover.

The lowest number on the first page is not always the lowest final cost.

When you compare building quotes, look beyond the headline figure and ask:

- What site work and service connections are allowed for?
- Which appliances, flooring, heating and window specifications are included?
- Are patios, paths or driveway concrete included?
- What is treated as an upgrade?
- Are inspections, cleaning and handover items covered?
- Are the exclusions and allowances clearly explained?

What does “fully loaded” actually mean?

A base price is only helpful when you understand what is actually inside it.

Stroud Homes’ pre-priced designs come with a detailed set of standard inclusions, giving you a clearer starting point and less guesswork when you compare your options.

In the kitchen, the current Fully Loaded Inclusions include:
- 900mm Westinghouse stainless steel freestanding oven with gas hob
- 900mm rangehood vented to the exterior
- Westinghouse stainless steel dishwasher
- 20mm engineered stone benchtops
- An undermount stainless steel sink
- Tiled splashback
