Clean lines, minimal upkeep. That was the brief, and we went a step further.

New aluminium joinery for a warmer, drier home, a fresh exterior repaint, and a new deck with a pergola and clear roof they can enjoy all year round. Finished off with new lawn and stone garden beds.

Roof’s on at Po***ck 🏡

Last time we checked in, the walls were up and the roof framing was going on. Now the roof is on and this build is closed in.

From an empty paddock to a slab, a frame, and now a roofed home looking out over the Awhitu countryside. It’s been great watching this 4-bedroom, single-storey home come together, and there’s plenty more to come as we move inside.

Big thanks to the Peakway team for the hard work through the winter months, and to Hurley Architects for a design that suits this site so well.

The roof is on and honestly, what a feeling! Getting everyone together, our awesome client and all the incredible subs who've been grinding away on this build, to stop and soak in what we've all created together… there's nothing quite like it.

So pumped for what's coming next on this one. Watch this space

Good seeing this project out on the Awhitu Peninsula starting to come together.

Our last update was the aerial footage of the site cut, and now we’re onto the concrete pour stage. Always satisfying seeing the progress from bare ground to the structure starting to take shape.

Big effort from the crew lately getting this one ready. Long days, plenty of prep work, but worth it when it all comes together like this 👌

Looking forward to sharing more updates as we keep pushing ahead.

A fresh coastal upgrade underway in Clark’s Beach 🌞 🌊

This renovation is all about making the home easier to live in, easier to maintain, and ready for relaxed beachside living.

We’re working on:
• Replacing both the front and back decks to create better outdoor spaces to enjoy year-round
• Swapping out the old timber joinery for aluminium joinery for a cleaner look and longer-lasting performance
• Updating the landscaping to keep things looking sharp while being super low-maintenance

The goal is simple, a home that looks great without the constant upkeep.

Looking forward to sharing how this one comes together 🔨
