We’re on the lookout for two experienced people to join our team:

Experienced Class 4/5 Truck Driver
Experienced Digger/Excavator Operator

BT Earthworks is a locally owned and operated Central Hawke’s Bay business.

We’ve got an awesome crew, great gear and plenty of work ahead of us. Our work is diverse — from roading, drainage and civil construction to slips, earthworks, retaining and larger infrastructure projects. No two jobs are quite the same!

Our yard is based on Hatuma Road, CHB, and we work throughout Central Hawke’s Bay and the wider Hawke’s Bay region.

We’re looking for experienced people who:
✔️ Take pride in their work and their gear
✔️ Are reliable and have a good work ethic
✔️ Can work independently but enjoy being part of a team
✔️ Have solid experience in civil construction/earthworks
✔️ Want to be part of a good crew with a great team culture

We offer competitive pay based on experience, quality machinery, varied work, ongoing projects and a team where good operators and drivers are genuinely valued.

If you’re thinking about a change, or you know someone who would be a great fit for the BT crew, we’d love to hear from you.
