🔥 BEFORE & AFTER | GAS TO ELECTRIC HOT WATER CYLINDER REPLACEMENT 🔥

This one was a much-needed hot water upgrade completed by Reegan in August.

BEFORE:
The existing gas hot water cylinder had failed — it was no longer heating the water, and corrosion had caused the cylinder to leak and cause damage. With a failed and leaking cylinder, a replacement was the needed.

AFTER:
We removed the old gas cylinder and converted the system to a new Rheem Main Pressure Hot Water Cylinder.

The new installation included:
✔️ Rheem Main Pressure Stainless Steel HWC
✔️ Safe tray installed beneath the cylinder
✔️ Drain connected to safely manage any future water discharge
✔️ Complete changeover from gas to electric hot water

A much cleaner, safer and more reliable hot water setup for the home. 🚿

N E W and I M P R O V E D ✨

Our plumbing team recently completed a significant hot water infrastructure upgrade for Queens Lodge at an apartment building in Newmarket.
The project involved:
Removal of 8 × Rinnai HD250 continuous flow water heaters
Removal of 4 × 1,000L hot water storage tanks
Installation of 6 × Dux 50L continuous flow water heaters
This upgrade modernised the building’s hot water system, improving efficiency, reliability, and ensuring residents have a dependable hot water supply for years to come.
A great effort by our plumbing team, who completed the works with careful planning to minimise disruption to residents while delivering a high-quality result.
