Out with the old and in with the new...

The existing layout and walls have been demolished, and the new wall framing is now in place. We’ve also repaired the beautiful solid rimu flooring, ready for sanding and varnishing.

Really enjoyed remodeling the existing bathroom and creating a brand-new ensuite in the heart of this home. We can’t wait to see this transformation come together as we work towards the overall goal with these amazing clients!

From one renovation in Petone to another in Upper Hutt.

This family home is getting a serious bathroom transformation, including the addition of a brand-new ensuite.

A massive demo kicked things off, followed by new walls and a completely reworked layout to create two practical, functional spaces that work for the family.

It’s amazing what can be achieved with the right planning and a fresh approach to the existing space.

A wardrobe ➡️ a brand new ensuite 👏🏼

We’re making much better use of this space, removing the existing wardrobe and transforming it into a new ensuite — complete with shower, toilet and vanity.

It’s always cool seeing how a few layout changes can completely change the way a home works.

The framing is underway and this one is starting to take shape. We’ll share more as it comes together! We have made some design changes to combat the shower opening onto the toilet by swapping the toilet and vanity around and selecting a slim vanity. Small changes make a big difference.

The cedar stage is well underway and the attention to detail is what sets a quality finish apart.

String-lined bottoms, carefully selected board set-outs, and grain-matched cedar flowing seamlessly below and above the windows from the same board. It’s these little details that might go unnoticed by most, but they make all the difference to the finished product.

This one is starting to come together nicely. More to come as the transformation continues.

No matter how busy things get, we always make time for our valued repeat clients. Their continued support means a lot to our business, and we’re proud to help whenever we can. Josh has worked hard to fit this in and we are super happy with it.

This bedroom has been transformed from wallpaper-covered walls to a Level 5 skim-coated plaster finish, now ready for paint and the final touches.
