Pārengarenga Incorporation is pleased to welcome Brooke Rule to our team as our new Forestry Operations & Administration Coordinator.

Brooke joins us with a strong background in administration & organisation bringing valuable skills that will support the day-to-day operations of our forestry business.

In her role as Forestry Operations & Administration Coordinator, Brooke will work closely with our Silviculture Manager, Harvest Manager, forestry crews, contractors, customers, suppliers, and the existing administration team to help ensure our forestry operations continue to run efficiently and effectively.

Brooke will play a key role in coordinating operational processes, managing documentation, supporting health and safety administration, processing accounts, assisting with reporting, and maintaining strong communication across all areas of our forestry operations.

We are excited to have Brooke join the Pārengarenga team and look forward to the enthusiasm, professionalism, and fresh perspective she brings to the role. Her appointment further strengthens our commitment to building a capable and supportive team dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for our shareholders, our people, and our whenua.

Outside of work, Brooke is married to Joe, who is a valued member of the team on Pārengarenga Station. Together they are proud parents to two energetic boys, Riki and Darcy, who certainly keep them on their toes.

We wish her every success in her new role and look forward to working alongside her.

Parengarenga Incorporation is seeking a highly organised and motivated Forestry Operations & Administration Coordinator to support our forestry team and help drive the successful delivery of our harvesting and silviculture programmes.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Harvest Manager and Silviculture Manager, you will provide operational, financial, compliance, and administration support across all forestry activities. The role includes reporting, GIS mapping, FSC administration, health and safety documentation, contractor support, and forestry financial administration.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Support harvesting and silviculture operations through effective administration and reporting
• Maintain forestry records, registers, mapping systems, and operational documentation
• Coordinate FSC certification and audit requirements
• Assist with GIS mapping, drone mark-ups, and monthly operational reporting
• Process forestry invoices, log dockets, budgets, and financial reporting information
• Support health & safety systems, CAR management, inductions, and compliance processes
• Provide administration support to Forestry Advisory Committee meetings and reporting requirements
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Previous administration or coordination experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with forestry operations, GIS systems, FSC certification, or financial administration would be advantageous
• Appreciation and understanding of tikanga Māori

Parengarenga Incorporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Billy Morgan as our new Harvest Manager.

Billy brings approximately 20 years of forestry experience, having progressed through the industry from operational roles into leadership positions across harvesting operations, cable logging, machinery management, production planning and crew leadership.
Throughout the recruitment process, he demonstrated a strong combination of operational expertise, commercial awareness, health and safety leadership, environmental stewardship, and sound management capability.

His extensive knowledge of forestry operations and commitment to high standards will support the continued growth, efficiency, and sustainability of Parengarenga Incorporation's forestry business, while fostering a positive culture where people, production, and environmental outcomes are equally valued.

Billy is a proud family man alongside his wife Vivy and their two daughters and is well respected in the Te Hiku Forestry industry for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to kaitiakitanga.
Billy’s values align closely with those of Parengarenga Incorporation, and we are excited to welcome him to the team.
