The large knots are filled with epoxy, and the unit is finished with raw linseed oil and water-based polyurethane.

Another entryway table finished. This one was constructed out of reclaimed 2x4 rimu framing using mortise and tenon joinery for the end grain to be seen through the legs and to increase the strength. It was finished with boiled linseed oil then a water based polyurethane to help protect the table for years to come.
