Award winner: Regional & National Finalist awards at the 2025 ADNZ Resene Architectural Design Awards, Bay of Plenty.

A simple storage brief transformed into a considered piece of architecture for our Golf Shed for Arvida Group’s Bethlehem Shores ‘Riverside’. Western red cedar battens, schist stone and a gabled screened form create a structure that responds naturally to its surroundings, with solar charging for six golf carts adding a practical, sustainable touch.
A small structure, built with the same care as the homes it sits among.

Meet Jamie-Lee.

Lead Architectural Technician with over 10 years of experience in the company, a background in mid to high-end residential, and a sharp eye for detail that shows in every project she touches.

Jamie-Lee is at her best in the technical and construction phases, producing detailed documentation, coordinating with consultants, and resolving on-site challenges to turn design intent into buildable reality. Thorough, methodical, and genuinely passionate about getting it right.

Outside of work, she enjoys a good gym session, slow days with friends and whānau, and finding little joys around the city.

THE FAIRWAYS | 251 m²

A home shaped by bold geometric forms and carefully considered proportions. Deep roof planes create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow while maintaining a calm, understated presence.

Designed around a private courtyard, the layout balances openness with retreat, capturing northern light and framing uninterrupted golf course views. The result is a home that feels sculptural, refined and deeply connected to its landscape.

Tucked into the Pukehina estuary -
a two-bedroom residence above garage and hidden storage,
designed to live large within 60sqm.

Dark Espan cladding meets carbon-negative Abodo timber.
