🔨✨ FLOOR LEVELLING TRANSFORMATION – TAURANGA ✨🔨

Another challenging floor brought back to life! 👌

Our client needed a perfectly level surface, but removing the existing tiles wasn’t a practical option. Instead, we mechanically ground the tile surface to create the ideal bond, then applied a high-quality Floor Levelling Compound (FLC) to achieve a smooth, flat finish ready for the next stage of flooring installation.

The before and after results speak for themselves! 🙌

✅ Existing tiles professionally ground
✅ Floor Levelling Compound applied
✅ Smooth, level surface achieved
✅ Ready for new flooring

No matter how uneven or problematic your floor is, we have the equipment and expertise to get it right.

🔧❄️ Coolroom Upgrade Complete! ❄️🔧

Another practical floor transformation ticked off by the NZ Grinders team.

For this coolroom upgrade, we carried out a full floor prep system to create a cleaner, safer, and more durable finish. The job included:

✅ Prep grind
✅ Hole filling
✅ Floor levelling
✅ Glue grinding/removal
✅ 150mm high resin coving build-up
✅ Finished with Mapei Epoxy Paint 302 SL
✅ Added 0.25 quartz for extra non-slip grip

Coolrooms need floors that can handle moisture, traffic, cleaning, and day-to-day commercial use — so proper preparation matters. No shortcuts, no fluff, just solid floor prep and a finish built for the job. 💪

✨ Before & After Transformation! ✨

This is how we tackled a job where there were tiles on top of tiles 👀🧩
First, we lifted the tiles, then ground, primed, and finished with a self-levelling compound for a smooth, flawless base 🔨🧹✨

It still needs a coat of sealer — but what a fantastic work in progress!
