Kicked off the new year with a full re-roof of Pillans Point Primary for Q Construction 🏠 The block had been having ongoing issues with leaks and condensation due to the original roofing being installed directly over timber sarking. To solve this, our team installed a new vented roofing system to allow proper airflow from bottom to top — all designed and supplied by Ventnz. If you’re looking for effective under-roof ventilation systems, check out their range online.
