We've recently completed this custom designed curved roof structure for our clients in the Bay of Plenty.

Designed, manufactured and installed by Zworkz, the structure features a powder coated aluminium frame with a gently curved roof, glazed with 8mm tinted polycarbonate roofing.

The curved design was carefully created to complement the existing architecture of the home, providing a spacious, sheltered outdoor living area while still allowing plenty of natural light through.

With custom aluminium fabrication, every project is different. We design and manufacture our structures to suit the individual home, taking into consideration the rooflines, surrounding architecture and how our clients want to enjoy their outdoor spaces.

From design through to manufacture and installation, we take pride in creating outdoor structures that are both practical and visually appealing.

Another Zworkz Installation Completed in New Plymouth! ☀️

New Plymouth certainly turned on the weather for us, with beautiful clear skies throughout our installation!

A few years ago, we designed and built a custom outdoor roof structure for these clients at their previous home. It featured a mono pitch wrap around design with a curved front that followed the shape of their deck, finished with polycarbonate roofing that complemented the architecture of their home perfectly.

When they sold that property and purchased another home in New Plymouth, we were delighted to receive another call to create a new outdoor living space for them.

This time, we designed a sleek mono pitch roof structure that follows the existing roofline of their new home. The structure is raised at the rear to provide the necessary fall, with custom acrylic infill panels creating a seamless connection to the house.

Concealed brackets, carefully designed flashings and premium grade polycarbonate roofing give the finished structure a clean, streamlined architectural appearance.

The result is a modern, practical outdoor living area that looks like a natural extension of the home, providing shelter and year round enjoyment.

It's always rewarding when previous clients come back to Zworkz for their next project. We really appreciate the continued trust in our workmanship and designs.
