What a difference.

From a tired, weathered commercial building to a sharp, modern finish that has completely transformed the street frontage.

This project at 16 King Street is a great example of what can be achieved by working with the bones and character of an existing building and giving it a new lease on life.

A massive amount of work has gone into getting it from where it started to where it is today, and the end result speaks for itself.

A big transformation underway! 🏡🔨

These photos show just how far this project has come — from the original home at the start of the job to the major extension now framed up and really beginning to take shape.

There’s still plenty to come, but it’s great to see the new spaces coming together and the scale of the renovation becoming clear.

We’ve also had an unexpected consent delay on an upcoming project, which has opened up a gap in our programme. So, if you’ve been thinking about getting a renovation, extension, reclad or building project underway, we currently have an opportunity to start something sooner than expected.

Big things are happening in Bethlehem 👏

This large renovation project is well underway, and despite the wild weather over the weekend, everything stayed safe and well protected.
