Another roof completed by Totally Covered Painting!

This one was roughly 230m² and completed in just 3 days.

Half the roof was still fixed with old lead-head nails, so these were replaced with new roofing screws, followed by a soft wash, full waterblast, rust treatment where required, and 2 full coats of Roofcoat roof paint in Grey Friars.

Came up mint and ready for plenty more years in the weather.

✅ Job Complete! 🏡💪

Wrapped up another satisfying project—this time it was a full roof, gutters, and fascia repaint and tidy-up. The transformation from start to finish has been huge, and the property is now looking fresh, and protected.

All surfaces were:
✔️ Prepped properly
✔️ Treated for rust where needed
✔️ Gutters and fascias masked clean and painted to match the client’s vision

Big thanks to the client for their patience and trust in the process—these finishes take time, but they’re built to last.

Helping Jayden of JayCo Painting, after beating the weather we brought a remarkable project to life in Hamilton. The snifter green colour was initially met with skepticism, but ultimately proved to be a winning choice that truly represented the house's era.
