New home office / sleepout in Turangi taking shape beautifully.

Set amongst a stunning backyard bush setting, overlooking a private reserve area, this space is going to be something special. Finished with Triclad and batten cladding, it’s really starting to come together.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product! 🌿🏡

Pukawa Addition & Renovation 🏡

We love working alongside our local contractors and I always look forward to having Lakeside Earthworks on site.

This one involves some seriously complex excavation underneath the existing house to make way for a new retaining wall — a challenging part of the build, but an important step in bringing the project together.

Plenty more to come on this one… watch this space! 👀

Great progress in Kuratau!

We’re excited to see this new addition taking shape. The team and has completed floor slab and underfloor drainage preparation, setting the foundation for the next stage of construction.

Quality groundwork is key to a successful build, and it’s great to have these experienced local contractors helping bring this project together.

Always love seeing completed design projects. This one relocated from Poraiti and has found a new home as a Havelock North cottage.

Nice to get this project completed. Full deck rebuild using Thermally Modified Timber decking from Napier Pine plus new fascia and spouting and joinery flashings.
