327LM of .55 Corrugate FlaxPod 👌

A mix of extension work and re-roofing, wrapped up with a big effort from the boys.

From start to finish, this one was in and out in just 4 days. 💪

That’s no small feat with the amount of detailing involved — plenty of cuts, flashings and finishing touches to bring it all together properly.

Our sister company Metal roof components helped us keep things moving, cutting down on wait times on flashings, untimatly saving costs and downtime for the customer. We were even ahead of the cladding, so we’ll be back to install the final barge once it’s ready.

Fast, tidy and finished with care. Great work, boys! 🙌🏻💪🏻

Small roof, big effort. 💪🏻

This one might be small in size, but there was plenty of work involved getting everything lined up before the boys could even hit the roof.

With a full aluminium roofing system going on and the job being carried out around critical infrastructure, there was a lot of coordination between ourselves, the main contractor and the power company to make sure all the health & safety, compliance and site requirements were met.

A big shoutout to our team behind the scenes — Pauline and Bailey, aka “Gravey” — for filling out more sheets of paperwork than sheets of iron on this one 😂 and getting everything organised to make sure all the boxes were ticked.

Once everything was ready to go, the boys were in and out in the blink of an eye, taking care of the full package from fascia and roofing through to flashings and gutters.

Sometimes it’s the smallest jobs that take the most organising! 👌

Few more shots of this FlaxPod Matte job we’ve been finishing off. 🔥

Our recently qualified appretice ttawhiti.s throwing it down with some clean detailing and executing this one nicely.

The whole job has been done with the aim of hiding as many fixings as possible, keeping everything clean, sharp and seamless.

Plenty of thought in the details on this one. 👌 Well done brother Tumai

Little mid-week maintenance job 🔨

The boys installed some new gutters to this outdoor area today. Previously, the roof had no barges, so we installed new barges along with a new ridge to finish everything off properly.

We also installed a custom Z flashing connecting the two gutters, stopping driving rain from getting through between the two different spouting levels.

A few small details that make a big difference.

One-day strip & lay! 🔨🍻

Ripped out the old rusty internal gutters and slapped in some fresh new ones, finished off with new parapet cap flashings. Then down goes the iron! 👌

While we were at it, we knocked down those silly parapets at the front and turned them into nice, clean straight gables. What a difference!

Awesome effort from the team smashing this one out in a day. 💪

Job done, down the road and back at the yard for a beer by 4pm. 🍻

We got the call — the client was in a pinch. Their previous tradie had left them high and dry, and they needed their caps finished urgently.

We sent out Tumai, our recently qualified apprentice. After a few pointers, he was off to the races.

Tumai did it all. From site measure to ordering, making his own flashing and installation.

the concealed clip caps were completed in less that 24hrs from getting the call.

Another happy client and another job ticked off. 👏

Another one coming to an end. 👏🏻

The last two barges are finally on! We started this project at the end of last year, and like most architectural builds, it's been completed in stages.

This one was definitely worth the wait.

The masonry work speaks for itself, and it's all topped off with our concealed barges and tray roof for a clean, modern finish.

As always its a pleasure to work with the lads and watching them bringing this one together.

Another one done. 👌

This time we were the main contractor, taking care of everything from start to finish.

✅ Site establishment
✅ Safety netting & drop zones
✅️Site inductions
✅ Health & Safety and toolbox talks
✅️scaffold coordination
✅️manufactured and supply of all accessories and components
✅ Full roof installation

Even made ourself a custom site box for the first aid kit, fire extinguisher and Site docs!

A true one-stop shop, making the whole process easy for the client. Best of all, they were stoked with the finished result 👏🏻

Before & After 🔥

This home was starting to show its age—peeling paint, rotten fascia boards, and cladding sitting hard down on the flashings.

The boys got stuck in and made clean work of this 45° pitch roof. We wrapped the fascia in Colorsteel, meaning no more painting or ongoing maintenance, while giving the home a fresh, modern look.

Another tired old roof brought back to life. 😎
