The Waikato Master Plumbers held their 11th annual awards evening on the 19th of September at the Atrium in Hamilton, recognising high achievement across the region's plumbing, drainlaying and gasfitting industry.
The event celebrated excellence, dedication and passion through 14 separate award categories, with one of the evening's highlights being the 2025 Training Leader of the Year award.
Paul Stephens was honored with this prestigious recognition for demonstrating a level of excellence that goes far beyond standard expectations. His mentorship has had a lasting impact on the next generation of plumbing and drainlaying professionals.
