It is with great sadness that we share that Mark's Dad, John Poynter, passed away suddenly last week. He was an integral part of our team, supporting Mark with the day to day workload of the business. John was there to lend a hand, chat to customers, and keep Mark company during the long drives out to rural properties. He loved a bit of banter and was a genuinely selfless man who spent a lot of time supporting neighbours, family and friends.

We will get back into the swing of things next month, but there may be a little bit of shuffling around of the servicing schedules as we adjust to the time off, so please be patient with us as we sort through this.

Hi everyone I hope your coping okay out there after the devastation caused by Cyclone Gabrielle across our communities. We know we have many customers that have been directly effected by this. Our thoughts go out to you all.

A MESSAGE FOR OUR SEPTIC TANK, OR TREATMENT PLANT CUSTOMERS:
We have been working really hard on talking people through their septic systems to keep them running either by inverter generators, or mains power that has come back on. There are a few important things to consider, so please get in touch. Because your systems are so well maintained, we can restore most of them easily. Please watch out for people offering a pump out service as there are only a few circumstances where this would be needed.

Lastly, thank you to all of those who reached out to us and checked on us too, knowing we spend a lot of time up the Esk Valley. We are all safe and well.
