Reading Dr Wayne Dyer’s book “Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life” for about the third time since I discovered it about 7 years ago to get me back on the path of the Tao and at the end of the 69th verse he notes some of Anne Frank’s most famous quotes from her diaries as shown in the picture attached here. And I, like her, feel myself thinking, in these present times we’re in where there is so much friction and tension around the world, that in spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart. If only people could see that and understand that mercy, kindness and compassion are the best way forward and the only way to love and respect. May you all be happy, may you all be safe, may you all remain in good health and may you all live at peace. 🙏🌻🐢☯️

Every day we are provided with upon waking is a new day to be grateful for the opportunity to begin anew and to be thankful for what we have before getting up and making it count again.🙏🌻🐢☯️
