I’ve been seeing a few “week in the life of” posts lately and thought we better join in.
Most of the posts involved lattes and high heels featuring realestate agents and a few of you farmers.
So here’s what the lads have been up to the last 2 weeks:

Photo 1) 1300m of decking layer with 9000screws

Photo 2) PA door installed and farm shed ready for concrete floor.

Photo 3 and 4) 150sqm house in town, sparky finished, pink batts and Gib installed.

Photo 5) Next house floor prep underway. Ready for engineer testing.

Photo 6) Farm cottage, Aluminum inserts installed, roller door install and exterior ready for a painter.

Photo 7) Decks completed, kitchen installed underway, waiting on a gable end exposed truss to arrive to complete the alfresco.

Photo 8)tree damage to a shed all patched up

Photo 9) Frames stood and straightened, trusses delivered ready to rip into Monday.

Photo 10) Aluminum slider installed in alfresco because we can’t let the westerly wind win.

Photo 11) sneaky Friday afternoon off for 1 of us to Golf. S/E Stiff breeze taking the draw vs the Southern tadpoles to retain the cup and go 3-0.

If your reading this your probably hiding beside the fire dreaming of summer like myself.
Well, this is your friendly reminder that Christmas is only 93 work days away.
So if you want that deck done for the family (or anything in general) ring this month not in November.
Here’s a few deck photos we have hacked together for some inspo. 👌👌

Renovation? Or new build?

Before you go pouring money into a project that will keep taking, it could be an idea to just get a digger in and start again like these smart clients.

Existing sheds, so living space was the focus. 160sqm new build with 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms Great farm home that doesn’t need any more money poured into it for the next couple decades.

The brief was simple, big family farm house 🏠🐄

We are excited to share this project ….320sqm 5 bedroom home + pole shed.

When we first sat down with these clients to design a new home on the farm for themselves and their 4 children, we knew it was going to be special build . Hopefully these photos do it justice.

Hand over on the build was only 2 days ago, so main deck, lawns and whispers of a pool are all to come!!

Arrive a builder and leave a friend is always a goal of ours and we have achieved that again here.

We have been lucky enough to be involved in a few pretty special builds and this one no different.

This family had out grown their lounge/kitchen/dining area, nothing a 20ton digger can’t fix.

The before and after pictures will be impressive trust me but in the mean time here’s a sneak peak as we are at ready for roof stage.
