Blocked drains are one thing, but finding out what’s actually causing the problem is just as important.

With our new drain camera and detector, we can look down drains, locate issues more accurately, and get a better idea of what’s going on.
That means less guesswork and a more targeted approach when drains are blocked or not flowing as they should.

Phil is now a Certifying Plumber and Certifying Drainlayer 👏

What does that actually mean for customers?

On qualifying consented work, if Phil is listed as the self-certifier when the consent is uplifted, he can self-certify his plumbing and drainage work without separate council inspections.

That can mean fewer hold-ups, less back-and-forth, and a smoother process from start to finish.

A pretty handy qualification to have under the belt.

Friday evening. Blocked toilet. One toilet in the house. Not ideal 😅

We got the call and were there within 10 minutes, got the blockage sorted, and had everything working again.

One of the best things about our new drain clearing setup is that it goes where the bigger drain clearing trucks can’t. 💧

Because it’s fitted in the back of the ute, it’s ideal for tighter access jobs while still giving us the gear to clear blocked drains and check what’s happening down the line.
Handy, compact, and ready to get to work.

New gear on board 👀

We’ve just added a new drain clearing unit, along with a drain camera and drain detector, to help us tackle blocked drains and get a better look at what’s going on below the surface.
The setup fits in the back of the ute, which means we can get into places the bigger drain clearing trucks can’t.

This kind of weather is when blocked gutters and small roof issues can start causing real trouble.

Overflowing gutters, water stains, damp patches or drips inside can all be signs that water is getting where it shouldn’t. Leave it too long and a small issue can turn into a much bigger headache.

Add it to the weekend to-do list: have a quick check of your gutters, clear out any obvious leaves or debris, and make sure water can flow where it should.
