What happens after your builder hands over the keys?

It’s a question worth asking before you sign anything - and the answer tells you a lot about the builder you’re choosing.

At Echo Homes, handover isn’t the end of the relationship.

We do a 90 day check in with every client after they’ve moved in. If there are any touch ups or anything that needs attention once they’re living in the home, we come back and sort it.

There are plenty of stories of people getting the keys to their new home and never hearing from their builder again. We make a real effort to make sure that’s not the Echo Homes experience.

A lot of people have never seen them before. They soften the finish of a room, they're harder wearing than a sharp edge (great if you've got kids) and they give the space a slightly different feel.
