And so, after 16 years of custom, the time has come for us to say a very special thank you.

To every single customer who has supported us over the years , whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or only recently discovered us , THANK YOU!

Thank you for your business, your loyalty, your conversations, your laughs and for allowing us to be part of your lives for the past 16 years.

It has been an incredible journey, and we have so many great memories that we’ll take with us.

From 2 November, John Chapman and Paul Brooks are taking over the reins. They will be taking the business forward, with Mike and Jason staying on for a while to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

❤️ 16 YEARS OF SUPPORT

As the handover gets closer, Mike, Jason and Kevin have been reflecting on just how much has happened over the past 16 years.

There have been plenty of changes, challenges, laughs and good times along the way — but one thing has stayed the same: our amazing customers.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us to friends and family, and kept coming back over the years… THANKYOU!!

We genuinely would not have made it this far without you.

The business is moving into a new chapter with John Chapman and Paul Brooks taking over from 2 November, but you can rest assured that the things you know and love will remain the same.

🔄 SAME BUSINESS. SAME TEAM. NEW OWNERS.

We know that when you hear “new owners”, you might wonder what’s going to change. The answer is simple… Not much! 😊

From 2 November, John Chapman and Paul Brooks will officially take over the business from Mike and Jason.

But you can still expect the same team, the same products, the same service and the same friendly faces you’ve come to know over the years.

Mike and Jason will be sticking around for a while to help with the handover, so it will be a gradual transition rather than a big change overnight.

We’re looking forward to introducing John and Paul properly and to seeing what the next chapter brings!

After 16 fantastic years, Mike , Jason and Kevin are handing over the reins and the business will be under new ownership from 2 November.

We’re very pleased to announce that John Chapman and Paul Brooks will be taking over.

But here’s the important part… Not much is changing! 😊

It will be: The same great team 👥 The same products 🛍️ The same service ⭐ New ideas and products in the future.

The same familiar faces, and the same commitment to looking after our customers
