ALERT ALERT
A scam is happening here on Facebook Market Place with Cabins For Sale, made by Ace Portable Buildings for $5000.00.

The size they are advertising is a 6 x 3.

We have already had phone calls from people who have paid a half deposit of $2500.00 and the money has been then withdrawn from an ASB account immediately upon it being deposited.

Police, Facebook and ASB have all been notified, however, with the money already gone the bank say they can not do much.

WE ARE NOT SELLING $30,000+ BUILDINGS, FOR $5000.00

We have 3 hire cabins available at the moment in different sizes. Available Now.

We also have 2 more ensuite hire cabins
6 x 3 metres being built at present, one will be ready in the next couple of weeks and the other a week later. One has a kitchenette as well.

While we are still reasonably busy we also have in stock 1 x one bedroom 12 x 4 metre small home and 1 x two bdrm 14 x 4.4 metre home, both under construction and available in approx 6-8 weeks complete.

We have a Fernside Deluxe 2 bedroom 60 square metre home starting construction this coming week and will be available for purchase.
Delivery will be approx 4 months, maybe sooner but please check.

It is being built to Extra High Wind Zone rating, so suitable for most South Island or North Island location.
We will post a floorplan and photo of a recently finished one, on here shortly.

Pricing will be $179,500.00 Gst included ex yard.
Transport, piles and a Site Consent are to be added to the final price.
