Foreman / Site Leader — Priority Roofing Solutions, Queenstown

We’re a specialist metal roofing and cladding company doing high-end architectural work across the Queenstown Lakes region. We work with builders and developers who demand quality — and we deliver it.
We’re looking for a gun roofer who’s ready to lead.
Someone who knows metal roofing inside out, can run a site without being babysat, and takes pride in the work they put their name on. You’ll lead a skilled crew, liaise with builders on site, and make decisions.

What we’re offering:

$50–60/hr depending on experience
$2,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)
Vehicle or allowance
Annual bonus + paid birthday off
Queenstown — trails, slopes, lake on your doorstep
A crew that actually gives a damn

PRS Referral Bonus — Terms & Conditions.
1.Referral must be made before the candidate applies or contacts PRS directly
2.Referrer must identify themselves at time of referral — no retrospective claims
3.Referred candidate must be successfully hired into a permanent position
4. Referred candidate must complete 3 continuous months of employment in good standing
5. Bonus of $1000 (NZD) will be paid to the referrer within 14 days of the 3 month milestone being reached
6. Referrer must be an individual — not a recruitment agency or third party
7. PRS employees are eligible to refer and receive the bonus
8. PRS reserves the right to decline any referral or withhold the bonus if the candidate is dismissed for misconduct or performance within the qualifying period
9. One bonus per successful referral — multiple referrals of the same candidate do not compound
10. PRS management has final say on all referral bonus decisions
