A newly completed home on the Kelvin Heights Peninsula, shaped by its extraordinary setting and a restrained palette of crisp metal, natural timber and schist stone.

With views across Lake Wakatipu to the mountains beyond, the architecture is deliberately calm and considered — refined in its detailing, but grounded in the landscape.

A beautiful Queenstown morning on site at our house on the peninsula, now nearing completion. It’s satisfying to see the architecture and landscape beginning to read as one, with the stacked stone walls helping to ground the home within its site.
