🚆 Paerata Rise just got a whole lot more connected.
On Sunday 2 August, the brand-new Paerātā Railway Station opens — putting our lifestyle township directly on Auckland's Southern Line. That means:
✅ Direct trains to the city, Auckland Airport (via Puhinui) and Middlemore Hospital
✅ Trains running early morning to late evening, 7 days a week
✅ 350 park & ride spaces right at the station
✅ Upgraded local buses connecting Paerata Rise straight to the platform
For years, "far from town" has been the one thing people worry about when they look at Franklin. From August, that worry disappears — and Paerata Rise residents will be some of the first in the region to feel the difference.
If you're planning to build here, this is the moment the numbers start working even harder in your favor. More connectivity. More convenience. More reasons this is the smart place to put down roots.
At Navigation Homes, we build homes you'll love to live in — and we know Paerata Rise better than anyone!
