TSC is proud to have provided planning and engineering services to support the development of a new community-based specialist facility for the Franklin Hospice Charitable Foundation at Foy Road, Pukekohe.

The purpose-built facility is currently under construction and, once completed, will provide essential palliative care and support for people living with life-limiting illnesses and their whānau.

TSC’s services have included:
• Resource consent for the construction and operation of the facility, including earthworks, stormwater and signage.
• Civil engineering design for stormwater treatment and attenuation.
• Earthworks design, including the building platform and carpark.
• Engineering observation and construction monitoring.

It’s great to see the project progressing and to be involved in delivering a facility that will provide an important service to the local community.

More updates to come as construction progresses.

“I’ll wait until after the election…”

We hear this from time to time, but waiting doesn’t always make the picture any clearer. Sometimes the best first step is simply finding out what’s possible.

If you’re thinking about a subdivision, development or surveying project, talk to us early — even if you’re not ready to get started just yet.

Good decisions are made with information, not perfect timing.

Thanks to The Surveying Company Hawke’s Bay for letting us share this one!

Last week, we had the pleasure of being involved with the Franklin Schools Career Expo in Pukekohe.

The Careers Expo provides students, parents, caregivers, and the wider community with an opportunity to explore pathways to further education, training, and the workforce.
