We were pleased to pick up the Max Hamilton Memorial Trophy for most points in the seedling section of the show. In this section, each variety must have first flowered within the last three years. All these varieties only have a small number of bulbs so none are named but instead have our exhibitor code GM followed by a number. The first number is the year of first flowering, the second, the number given when I label the variety. It keeps this number for the rest of its life or until it is replaced by a name. Here are our winning seedlings. 1. Trumpet with yellow petals - GM26-41. 2. Trumpet with white petals - GM26-37. 3. Large cup with white petals - GM26-46. 4. Small cup with yellow petals - GM26-49. 5. Small cup with white petals - GM26-53. 6. Double with yellow petals - GM26-58. 7. Double with white petals - GM26-47. 8. cyclamineus hybrid - GM26-24. 9. Split cup - GM26-57. 10. Miniature GM24-02. The photos are in order of mention.
