Meet Hayden Phillips - Senior Project Manager

Hayden has been at NME for 22 years. He is a trade qualified HVAC engineer and produces a high level of finished product. Completed projects Include 181 Wakefield Street, Shelly BMW, Clyde Quay Wharf and Foundation for the Blind. Hayden is a very clever, loyal and very valued member of our team.

Great turnout at the Wellington Town Hall Annex Toolbox Talk hosted by NME GROUP with 100+ tradies and consultants coming together to keep safety and collaboration front of mind.

The Annex will become the welcoming front door to the restored Town Hall, supporting performances, civic events and community gatherings for years to come.

Meet our Mechanical Project Administrator Jordan Dickson

Jordan brings a background in Mechanical Engineering from Otago Polytechnic to his role as a Mechanical Project Administrator. He assists with managing project schedules and coordinating tasks between teams, helping to ensure smooth operations. Jordan’s attention to detail and supportive approach contribute positively to our projects.

Kevin has had extensive experience throughout the broad electrical spectrum during his 35 years in the trade.

He has initiated and implemented various successful systems and protocols as managing director of NME for over the past 20 years.

Integrated Electrical, Data and HVAC Design & Build for our clients new office fit out.

We successfully delivered a comprehensive design and build solution encompassing electrical, data, and HVAC services for this multi-use development. The project included the installation of a new transformer to support increased site capacity, alongside a full office fitout tailored to the client’s operational needs.

Our scope extended to the development of a modern carpark area and the provision of scalable infrastructure to support future tenants in the upper-level spaces. By designing with flexibility in mind, we ensured the building is well-positioned for growth, with services engineered for seamless future integration.

This project highlights our ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, from core infrastructure through to high-quality fitout, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and long-term value for our clients.

All our clients need to do now is unpack their office boxes 😊
