This wasn’t just a warm roof space.

At this rest home, heat had been building up in the roof cavity to the point that the sprinkler system had even been triggered.

Something needed to change.

Our Solatube licensee in Northland installed four RM1600 solar-powered roof ventilation systems to help improve airflow and extract trapped heat from the roof space. ☀️💨
