We're proud to be the plumbing and drainage partner on Wolfbrook's new Maranui St development in Mount Maunganui.

Six new townhouses are going up just 300 metres from Arataki Beach, and our team is looking after two big parts of the job:

- Stormwater and wastewater drainage for the whole site, connecting all six homes to the council network
- The full internal plumbing fit-out, from rough-in right through to kitchens and bathrooms

With a mix of two- and three-storey homes on a tight urban site, good planning is everything. We're working closely with the Wolfbrook team to keep things moving, and our Safe365 and Totika safety systems keep our part of the site safe and tidy every day.

Gerard keeps our projects moving from the first plan through to the finished job.

As one of our Project Managers, Gerard looks after planning, coordinates our team, and solves problems on site as they come up. He also keeps communication clear between our clients, builders and the other trades, so everyone knows where things stand.

Gerard is a certifying plumber and gasfitter and has worked on the tools himself. That means he understands the practical side of every job and what it takes to deliver quality workmanship while keeping a project on track.
