A different kind of transformation on this one 👌

This timber ceiling was given a fresh new look with crisp white beams and a whitewash finish over the existing timber boards.

The whitewash keeps the natural grain showing through while making the whole space feel much lighter, brighter and more modern.

Really happy with how this one came together — and even better, the clients loved the finished result. 🙌

We’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately, but definitely not quiet on the tools! 🎨

Here’s a look at a few of the exterior projects we’ve been working on over the past few weeks across the Bay of Plenty.

From new builds through to exterior repaints, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes — and still plenty more to come. 👌

✔️ Exterior repaints
✔️ New build painting
✔️ Cladding, soffits & exterior timberwork
✔️ Detailed preparation and quality finishes throughout

We take pride in doing things properly — good preparation, quality products and workmanship that’s made to last. 💯

If your home is due for a refresh, or you’ve got a new build or painting project coming up, we’d love to help.

New Build Handover 🤩

Recently handed over — another stunning Stroud Homes executive build completed in Rotorua. 🙌

A seriously impressive home, with the dark exterior, feature brickwork and crisp white interior finishes coming together beautifully — all topped off with some unreal views over Lake Rotorua.

We completed the full interior and exterior painting package on this one and are really happy with how it finished up.

Always proud to be involved in homes of this standard and work alongside the Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty team.

🏡 Some projects are more than just another house.

This one has been a long journey, with plenty of hard work, challenges, and attention to detail along the way, but the end result is absolutely stunning.

From the crisp white exterior to the incredible outdoor entertaining area overlooking the water, every piece has come together beautifully. Seeing a home like this finished and handed over to its owners is why we love what we do.

We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing this beautiful home to life 🤩
