Deanna and Lesley from Barrett Homes Hawke's Bay hosted a Ribbon Bake Sale on 21 May 2026 in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation — and together, you helped them raise an outstanding $2,011.80! 🙌

This wouldn't have been possible without some truly generous hearts:

Brett & Gerry Morris, who donated a beautiful Magnum of Sleeping Bears 'Sarah' Rosé for the raffle

Rhonda from The Yellow Container on Severn, who generously supplied two stunning cakes and cups for hot coffee

The incredible home bakers — Mark Caney, Maureen Ransfield, and Jo Shears — who gave their time, talent, and ingredients to fill the table with goodies

And a massive thank you to everyone who donated online, bought raffle tickets, or grabbed a treat on the day. Every single contribution made a difference. 💕

Proud to see two of New Zealand’s surfing royalty repping the Barrett brand at the WSL event in Raglan last week 🌊🤙

A huge congrats to both and for taking out their heats in the Legends competition on Sunday - amazing to watch!

From perfect waves to an unreal atmosphere on the shoreline, it was an incredible few days celebrating world-class surfing right here on our doorstep.
