We LOVE seeing the smile on your face as a project comes together and you get the shed of your dreams! But then what?

We take pride in building quality sheds that stand the test of time, but you can help along the way, here are some EASY ways to make sure your ShedEx Shed stays in ShedEx shape!
1. Schedule time to clean.
We know, cleaning isn't the most fun, but it's the best way to take care of your new asset!

2. Keep your shed clear of vegetation and obstacles.
Avoid garden beds or planting right up against the shed walls, or stacking things like timber and other materials.

3. Control moisture and chemicals.
Make sure you have ventilation to prevent rust and mold. Chemical residues and moisture retaining materials could negatively impact the space long term.

Just a little time and care will ensure you get the most out of your ShedEx shed!

ShedEx "Experts in Design and Construct" - but only one side knows how to construct a win 💚

Manawatu got the job done last night. Tough luck Taranaki.....the design was solid, the ex*****on just needed a bit more work 😉

The cheapest quote isn't always the cheapest shed. Before you sign anything, check these six things:
✅ WARRANTY: What's covered, for how long, and who's backing it
✅ COUNCIL APPROVALS: Are they included, and who lodges them
✅ MATERIAL QUALITY: Is it quality N.Z Steel
✅ LOCAL EXPERIENCE: Do they know your climate, engineering and council requirements
✅ INCLUSIONS: Make sure you're comparing apples with apples
We tick every one of these boxes, and we're happy to walk you through our inclusions.

Send us a message or give us a call to discuss anytime.

🔨 Happy International Builders Day!

Today we're giving a shout-out to the people behind the builds. The early starts, muddy boots, problem solving, questionable site banter and plenty of hard graft that goes into getting the job done.

So today, this one's for the builders. 👏

❓What is a Mono-pitch Roof
A Mono-pitch roof is a single-sloping roof surface, that angles in only one direction from a high wall to a lower wall.

Main benefits are:
• Modern look: Clean lines create a sleek, contemporary finish.
• Efficient drainage: The single-slope design helps direct water away from certain areas.
• Flexible height: One sides generally higher which allows for higher doors/access.
• Great for extensions: Ideal for lean-tos, open bays and carports.
