What a fantastic week we had exhibiting at the CONZTRUCT events in Wellington, Palmerston North and New Plymouth.

It was a pleasure to connect with builders, electricians, plumbers, architects, designers and many other trade professionals.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand and took the time to speak with us. We appreciated the opportunity to connect with you and be part of such a well-supported industry event.

We were also pleased to run a special giveaway across the three events.

It is ‘Safety Week’ at Kalós Windows & Doors!

We kicked off the week with a fun team-building activity.

Production staff were divided into groups, with an office team member assigned to each station. Their challenge was to explain the window manufacturing process and guide their office teammate in building a small window within 40 minutes.

To make things even more interesting, production staff could only provide guidance and encouragement. Building the window was entirely up to their office teammate.

There were plenty of laughs along the way, and it was fantastic to see everyone working together. Congratulations to David Mumby, Residential Estimator, who took out the top spot! The activity highlighted the importance of teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

We are really proud to support one of our team members here at Kalos. Caleb has been involved with darts with the Palmerston North District Darts League.

This year he has taken it up a gear and for 2026 is in the DPNZ Pro circuit, which involves him traveling the country for weekend tournaments.
