It was great to attend Watson Integrity - Manawatu – Manawatū Business Chamber after 5 evening last night, celebrating an incredible 30 years in business! 🎉🥂

We are proud to have worked alongside the Watson Integrity team over the last year, and it was awesome to celebrate this milestone with them and the wider Manawatu business community.

The 1996-themed quiz was a pretty great way to mark the occasion too - plenty of laughs, memories and a little friendly competition!

This is one of the units we recently serviced, and as you can see, it had a fair bit of dirt and mould build-up inside. 😬 A dirty, mouldy heat pump can affect airflow, performance and the quality of the air being circulated around your home.

Jaron is starting his journey in the electrical industry and will be learning the ropes alongside our experienced electricians, gaining plenty of hands-on experience along the way.

We are big believers in investing in the next generation of electricians, and we are looking forward to watching Jaron learn, grow and build his skills over the coming years.

A great morning spent with our team and the incredible MyBiz - Jeff Cruickshank Business Coach.

We took some time to step back and revisit what Ace Electrics stands for, what makes us different, and how we want to communicate that to our customers and our community.

We are always looking at ways to sharpen our messaging and make sure what we say reflects who we are, how we work, and the standards and values we hold ourselves to.

It was a valuable refresher for the whole team and a good reminder that as a business, it’s important to keep checking in, refining and making sure everyone is on the same page.

Thanks Jeff for a great session and for challenging us to think about our business from all perspectives.
