A very special night for Emandee Homes.

What a night at the 2026 Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

We entered three homes — and came away with Gold for every single one. To top it off, our Paerata Rise show home was awarded a Regional Category Winner.

The final entry is in, and tonight we find out how our build partners did. 🤞

Emandee Homes Ltd rounds out our incredible line-up in the 2026 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards, with not one but two entries, including their show home right here at Paerata Rise, competing in the GIB Show Home category.

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has been designed for the way families actually live today.
