The third and final wetland for one of our main clients. Approximately 13,000 cubic metres of sand and topsoil to dig out!! This one is going to be deeper than the last two. The GPS in the 130 makes things easier with the detail, depth and angles that this will require, to complete over the next few weeks. Then we'll be putting pipe in, as well as lining it, before backfilling with about 3,000 cubic metres of sand and topsoil from the digout. Then mulch is to go in before a crew comes in to plant it out with around 6000 natives!

This driveway makeover was well needed. The client was only able to get 4wd vehicles up to the house site. After moving a lot of dirt, and trying to work around the weather, its almost completed. A new house pad has also been leveled for the client to finalize their plans, while the machines were on site. We will be back after some settling time to add the finishing touches.

Cheers to R & L Drainage Limited for the hire of their 13T digger, and delivering metal. Also to Bruce at Johnston Spreading Ltd for carting metal up the driveway that wasn't quite suitable for trucks at that point! And Graham at GMLifestyleLtd for the few days in the tractor.

We've been having to work around the rain over the past few weeks! Though it's allowed some good days at the yard for machine maintenance.

This job, for a new shed site, was done last week with the skid steer and laser blade.

Our guys made a start on this recently. It's great to see the concrete going in, by Downing Construction. We'll be tidying up the surrounds and reinstating the lawn in the near future!

👏👏Today is a day of excitement and transformation as our brand-new footpath is being laid down.

Our new footpath is more than just a trail of concrete - it's a pathway to new adventures. Being able to safely stroll along it on a sunny or crisp day🥶

But hold your horses (or walkers)! As much as we all can't wait to set foot on this marvellous new path, we must remember to give it time to fully cure. Our hardworking construction team is pouring their hearts into making it perfect for you, and it needs a little time to set and become the sturdy, reliable path we all envision.

This bunker site was recently complete near Taupiri. The following morning, Bowers & Son Ltd placed the prefabricated sides and poured the concrete.

Today's job was for a creative client with a property near Otorohanga, that had an impressive view of Mt Kakepuku. We look forward to seeing their progress when we return with the skid steer and the 5T digger in a couple of weeks time!
