Do you enjoy leading a team, keeping things running smoothly, and getting stuck in when needed?

We're looking for a hands-on Yard Operations Manager to help lead our busy landscape supply yard.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk management role. You'll be out in the yard, supporting the team, helping customers, coordinating deliveries, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading a small team
- Coordinating day-to-day yard operations
- Looking after customers
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Keeping the yard organised, safe, and running efficiently
- Helping drive the growth of the business

What we're looking for:
- A natural leader who leads by example
- Someone reliable, organised, and proactive
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in landscaping, construction, transport, earthmoving, building supplies, or a similar industry
- Loader and machinery experience

So disappointing to have to post this…we have been broken into again. This is our 4th burglary.

We’re working through what tools have been taken, but we know from the last three times that we are unlikely to see any of them again.

We have camera footage up until they smashed the office door and switched it off, thankfully the footage is saved to our phones and will be passed to the Police.

They’re obviously on their Riverbank Road cycle again, so keep an eye out and report anything suspicious.
