Krista and Arlo are both doing well, and Mikey is slowly getting used to being outnumbered by the kids! 😂

🚨 Here’s your reminder to check your generator plugs! 🚨

This is what can happen when a generator plug isn’t connected properly — and this one has certainly seen better days! 🔥😬

To check your plug is installed correctly:

Make sure the plug is pushed all the way in and is making a proper connection. It’s also important to double-check that you have the correct plug for your shed.

It's been a little quiet on our social media... but definitely not behind the scenes!👷‍♂️⚡

The team has been flat out keeping up with demand, building and installing generators, milk pump controllers, teat sprayers, control boxes, and tackling general electrical work on farms around the country.

A little family update from Mikey & Krista...

🩼 Mikey is still on the sidelines waiting for his foot surgery after it was postponed last month. He's definitely itching to get back on the tools, but unfortunately it'll still be a little while yet. On the bright side, it's given him (or should be giving him) plenty of time to catch up on the paperwork! 😅

🤰 Today is Krista's official last day before heading off on maternity leave. Hazel and Tommy have officially been promoted up the ranks, so keep an eye out for the arrival of our newest little apprentice! 👶

While we'll both be popping in and out as needed, our amazing team is here as always. Feel free to pop into the office or give us a call for any questions, support, or upcoming jobs.

📦 The wait is over – our latest generator container has arrived! ⚡

After a long wait, we're excited to finally have our latest shipment of generators on site.

Despite being off his feet (literally!), Mikey couldn't resist popping into the office to supervise the container unload. Some things never change! 😂

Our team has been busy preparing behind the scenes, with all the frames built and ready to go. The generators will now be wired, tested, and prepared for installation.

If you've been waiting on one, thank you for your patience. We'll be in touch as soon as your generator has been fully tested and is ready to go.

Well... that's one way to get out of work! 🤦‍♂️

Mikey has gone and done himself a mischief, breaking his foot while helping sort out his Dad to go fishing. Ironically, he wasn't even the one heading out on the boat! 🎣

The day before, Mikey suggested to Krista that maybe he should take the day off and go fishing with the crew. Of course, Krista quickly reminded him he had plenty of work to do... LOL

Looks like he found a way to get some time off anyway—just not quite the way he wanted! A day on the boat would've been much easier than a broken foot, surgery, and weeks of recovery. 😂

He's still got surgery ahead of him and will be spending the next few weeks recovering. If he's a bit slower than usual getting back to your calls or emails, please bear with him.

🚛 Who gets more excited about container day... the kids or the team? 😄

With one milk transfer station container completed last week, it was picked up—and the next one delivered in its place. It's all go at the Corkill Systems workshop!

Hazel and Tommy happened to be at work just in time to watch the truck unload the latest container. Safe to say, they thought it was better than Christmas! 🎁

Meanwhile, the team was already planning the fit-out ahead—wiring, controls, testing, and everything else that goes into turning these containers into fully functioning milk transfer stations.

One project out, the next project in. A big thanks to the team at Uhlenberg Haulage Ltd for another smooth delivery. We appreciate your help getting these containers safely to us! 👏

Keep an eye out for Brenae around the workshop and out on jobs with our sparkies 👀⚡

Brenae has joined the Corkill Systems team for a 6-month work experience placement while studying part-time at WITT and getting stuck into some real hands-on electrical work in the field.

It’s always awesome to see more women coming through on the tools in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and she’s taking it all in her stride.

She’s picking things up fast and getting stuck in… and we’re quietly hoping she’s also going to help keep the lads in line while she’s at it 😏

The team have been hard at work carrying out the internal fit-out on this milk transfer station unit, getting everything prepped and ready ahead of the next milking season.

There’s a lot that goes on behind the panels – wiring, controls, testing, and fine-tuning, all critical work that makes the system reliable once it’s in operation.

The completed unit has now been picked up, and the next container has already been delivered to the workshop ready to go for the next fitout. It's all part of keeping projects moving and staying ahead of the busy season.

When these units are up and running, they help keep milk moving efficiently and reliably around the country.

From workshop to site, upgrades through to ongoing maintenance, the Corkill Systems team is on it. ⚡
